Terms of Service

Effective date: March 2026

Using ClipHall

ClipHall is a platform for discovering, rating, discussing, and organizing internet clips. By using ClipHall, you agree to use the service lawfully and not to abuse the platform, other users, or any creator tools and admin systems.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, profile, or creator claim.

User Content

You may submit ratings, comments, lists, profile details, creator claims, and clip submissions. You must only submit content you have the right to share and that does not violate laws or the rights of others.

We may review, reject, remove, moderate, or limit content and accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading, spammy, or otherwise harmful to the platform.

Third-Party Content

ClipHall may link to or embed content from third-party platforms such as YouTube or TikTok. Those services are controlled by their own terms and privacy policies, and ClipHall is not responsible for their availability or content.

Platform Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of ClipHall at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipHall is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
